I’ve lived in South Florida for the last 12 years, and I simply adore it. I have been a real estate broker for more than 20 years in three different states including Puerto Rico. Even though I own or have a part in various other businesses, most of them revolve around the real estate market, which gave me the advantage of seeing the potential in every real estate deal in a unique way.
I pride myself on delivering results for my clients and exceeding their expectations. I am extremely proud to be among the top 100 real estate professionals in South Florida. This means professionals that have been adapting to every market, and evolving to become better, not only becoming active when the market is “hot”.
It’s about so much more than just closing a deal – for me, it’s personal. I’m highly invested in ensuring my clients have my undivided attention and get what they need. To do this, I carefully limit the number of clients I work with at a given time, and I have the best support team in the business to back me up.
In addition to helping others buy and sell real estate, I am also an active investor. I own several residential and commercial properties in various locations through syndications. Being in the trenches I’ve learned the business inside and out and I love to share this knowledge with my clients and peers.
I can also be found educating other agents as an instructor, in conference rooms at local tech companies, or working with financial planners teaching teams about market cycles, how to get into a contract in a competitive situation, how to find a deal in any market or why some homes in the same neighborhood sell for vastly different prices.
When I am not working, you can find me at one of our community parks either playing baseball, beach volleyball, or golf or trying out new restaurants in the city, especially in those neighborhoods where I have homes listed. I love spending time with my family and 4 kids, exploring our city, traveling, and hanging out with good friends.
